Danielle is our Director of Programs, tasked with designing new programs to fill gaps in the ecosystem, and improve our current programs to serve our entrepreneurs to the best of our ability. An entrepreneur herself, she is also the founder of Unique VSZN, helping business owners build authentic brands. If you have any questions about joining a program at SCCF, reach out to Danielle!​

As our Director of Operations, Alex keeps things running smoothly and efficiently by identifying regional and organizational needs and driving strategic development through research, conversation, and process optimization. Outside of work, they are a graduate student at JMU and an active community volunteer. Chrissy is the Director of Capital for SCCF. She manages the microloan application process while also continuing to support the current loan client portfolio. Chrissy enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs, assisting them with the microloan application and compiling the documents required for the microloan package. Gabrielle's role as Capital Access Navigator addresses the barriers to capital that Black and Brown, rural entrepreneurs face in the Shenandoah Valley. She is a dedicated support specialist and advocate for these communities; serving as both a resource connector and entrepreneurial ecosystem builder. When not wearing her ecosystem-building hat, her free time is filled with traveling, expanding her fine arts portfolio, and finding new local businesses to support. Lilly is our newest addition to the SCCF team as our Program & Event Coordinator Intern. She is responsible for coordinating key details of events & programs for the Shenandoah Community Capital Fund and Shenandoah Valley Tech Council, as well as providing both on-site and administrative support for the successful preparation, execution, and post-event reporting of these events.
