As our Director of Operations, Alex keeps things running smoothly and efficiently by identifying regional and organizational needs and driving strategic development through research, conversation, and process optimization. Outside of work, they are a graduate student at JMU and an active community volunteer. Chrissy is the Director of Capital for SCCF. She manages the microloan application process while also continuing to support the current loan client portfolio. Chrissy enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs, assisting them with the microloan application and compiling the documents required for the microloan package.
